Introducing Ivana Chat
We are excited to introduce Ivana, your new Safe AI assistant, designed to support and enhance your financial advisory business.
Who is Ivana?
Ivana is an Intelligent Virtual Advice Network Assistant (IVANA).
Ivana is a chat assistant (like chatgpt), where you can ask questions to assist in your day-to-day activities. But Ivana is different - Ivana uses GPT-4o, securely deployed in our own iComply2 Azure environment.
Safety and Security:
Deployed through Microsoft Azure, Ivana ensures that all your data is stored and processed securely in our safe enviorment. Azure's robust security measures and compliance certifications provide peace of mind, knowing that your client information is protected.
What Models Can Be Used?
From the left menu, you can choose to use either the GPT-4o-mini or GPT-4o models.
When should i change models?
GPT-4o-mini (default) is a lightweight, low cost version of the GPT-4 model. It is best used for for general chatting and question that don’t require up to date information. Mini’s training data is restricted up to October 2023. The model has a context window of 128K tokens, supports up to 16K output tokens per request.
GPT-4o is a larger model with up to date training data. The model is best used for querying/prompting your own index as it has better reasoning and larger output tokens.
Ivana as a Paraplanning Assistant
If you use the iC2 SOA Wizards, you can upload documents like adviser file notes, meeting transcriptions or other supporting docs to then ask Ivana paraplanning related questions as a personalised assistant.
We believe that Ivana will be a valuable addition to your team, helping you provide exceptional service to your clients while optimizing your operations.
