Connecting to Xplan or Worksorted

You can connect your iC2 App to Xplan and Worksorted.

This feature pulls through client data from your CRM so you don’t need to maintain two separate client databases.

Connecting to Xplan or Worksorted is a ‘Pro User’ Feature. You will need to upgarde to a paid subscription to be able to connect to your CRM.

Before You Get Started

Before you get started, you will need to configure your API connection in your Xplan instance.

Step 1: Activate the Integration in your Xplan site

Contact your site administrator to enable the API.

From the quick nav bar, search ‘Iress Open’.

Click on the icomply2 tile to activate the API connection

Step 2: Send Your Xplan URL to iC2 Support

Once the integration has been activated in your Xplan site, send your Xplan site URL to our support team. This will ensure that the iC2 App can direct and redirect your account to the correct Xplan instance.

Connecting Your Account

Step 1: Select Your CRM

From the top navbar, select your CRM Logo that you want to connect to.

Step 2: Connect Popup

Click Connect from the Connect to Xplan Popup

Step 3: Sign In To Your CRM

You will be redirected to your CRM site.

Login to your CRM to authenticate the connection between iC2 and your CRM. You will need to follow the steps to allow access from your CRM.

Step 4: Redirected Back To iC2 Projects

Once connected, you will be redirected back to iC2 Projects.

You will now notice the green dot under the CRM Logo. This means that your iC2 Projects App is successfully connect to the CRM.

Disconnecting CRM

You can disconnect from your CRM at any time.

Simply click on the CRM Logo and select to ‘Disconnect’
