Integrating AI Into Your Advice Process

With this in mind, let’s take a look at the ways you can use AI in your advice process to enhance the efficiency of your advice document production.
Many of these tools are available today in your iComply2 Subscription, it’s just knowing how to use them in your tech stack.
1. The Initial Meeting (Or Client Review)
When it comes to maximising AI, data is key.
And there is no better way of gathering data than recording your client meetings.
There are a few tools you can use to record and transacribe client meetings.
Microsoft Teams: If you do a lot of online meetings, Micorosft Teams is your BFF.. Upgrade your subscription to Premium to access meeting trsancription and meeting summaries.
Otter.ai: If you meet clients in person, you can record the meeting and get a full transcription from otter.ai.
Paradino/Fintalkr: These tool are advice specific tools, for recording meetings and generating file note summaries.
2. File Notes (and supporting docs)
Prepare your fact find, product comparisons, file notes and any other supporting docs. These can be saved in either docx. or PDF format.
Tip: Using an online Fact Find solution also helds to efficiently collect the clients fact find data.
3. SOA Request
Like recording the initial meeting, you can also record your SOA request.
Some advisers will have a preference here. Some like to think as they type, whilst others are talkers.
Again, you can use tools like Microsoft Teams, otter.ai etc to record your SOA Request and prepare the transcription .
4. Upload File to Ivana

5. Input into Xplan or your advice CRM
