Raising Support Requests

Something not working as expected?

If you need any assistance, you can raise a support request. From the Apps Menu in the upper left, you can open the ‘My Tickets’ App.

Just click ‘Add New Ticket’ and fill out the support request form.

Once the ticket has been raised, it will be picked up directly by the development team.

You can track your ticket and respond to any queries from within the tickets app.
