Introducing Ivana’s Advice Projects

Using Advice Projects in the Ivana Chat app, you can upload your client data directly to Ivana for chatting.

You can use Advice Projects for any function in your business - paraplanning, file notes, compliance.. anything. Advice Projects give you a simple and secure way to upload your client documents into a private and secure index for chatting with Ivana.

Let’s take a look at how it works.

Step 1: Create a New Project

From the Left menu, click on the ‘+’ icon to create a new Project

Give your Project a name, and click Create Project.

The name of your Project should be unique to avoid confusion.

Step 2: Upload Your Files

Your new Project will now appear in the Left menu

You can add files to your Project by clicking Add Files

Drag and drop or upload your files into the Project Files Uploader

You can always upload more files to your Project using the File icon.

Click Begin uploading and ingesting into cloud strorage

File Types:

You can upload docx, PDF and even MP4 files into your Ivana Project folder.

Step 3: Data Ingestion

The data from the files will be ingested into a secure AI Index for Ivana.

MP4 audio files will be transcribed from speech to text, before being loaded into the index. This process can take longer than just text based files, so please be patient.

At the end of the ingestion process, you will be receive a notification.

Step 4: Start Chatting

You can now start chatting to Ivana about the data in your Project.
