What About SARA’s Data Security

We understand that uploading your clients personal information to AI can be a data security risk.

That’s why SARA uses Responsible AI.

SARA’s GPT-4o model has been deployed to our own secure environment using the Microsoft Azure’s OpenAI service, in Australia.

Our prompts, responses, and your SOA data:

• are NOT available to other customers.

• are NOT available to OpenAI.

• are NOT used to improve OpenAI models.

• are NOT used to train, retrain, or improve Azure OpenAI Service foundation models.

• are NOT used to improve any Microsoft or 3rd party products or services .

The Azure OpenAI Service is operated by Microsoft as a secure Azure service; Microsoft hosts the OpenAI models in Microsoft’s Azure environment and the Service does NOT interact with any services operated by OpenAI (e.g. ChatGPT, or the OpenAI API).

When you upload your SOA in either word of PDF format, the file is loaded into our secure private storage container.

The text is then extracted from the document and stored in an Azure vector index.

Compliance checks (prompts) are submitted by the SAR App, and content is generated by the service, via the completions, chat completions, and embeddings operations.

All LLM responses are stored in a secure, onshore, Azure Cosmos DB located in Australia.
